McGuireWoods advised private equity client Summit Park and its portfolio company United Structural Systems (USS) in USS’s acquisition of Ox Foundation Solutions, a residential foundation repair and waterproofing services provider.
USS provides foundation repair, crawl space repair and basement waterproofing services to residential homeowners in Middle Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern Alabama, as well as to commercial customers throughout the country. Summit Park invested in USS in February 2023.
Partner H. Ramsey White III led the deal team, which included associates Timothy Malloy and Erin Zorn. Partners Christian Brose and Paul Navarro and associates Luis Benavides and Richard Lockridge assisted in the transaction.
