Represents several sophisticated clients in a variety of real property litigation matters including commercial foreclosures and receivership actions, complex lease disputes, eviction and other landlord-tenant matters, quiet title actions, land use, and easement disputes.
Represents Class I railroad in a variety of complex litigation matters, including concerning federal preemption, real estate litigation, and contract disputes.
Represents and counsels clients concerning high-exposure mass toxic tort matters.
Represents several large lending institutions in franchise services litigation matters and consumer financial services litigation, including large complex cases involving mortgaged-backed securities and debt collection disputes.
Acts as escalation counsel for large banking institution handling a variety of issues concerning mortgage servicing litigation and other high exposure issues.
Represents several sophisticated clients in state and federal appeals on a variety of issues.
Counsels sophisticated clients concerning litigation avoidance and contract interpretation and drafting concerns.
