McGuireWoods Advises Hull Street Energy in Acquisition of Michigan Hydropower Fleet

McGuireWoods advised Hull Street Energy in its agreement to purchase Consumers Energy’s hydropower fleet, a major acquisition comprising 13 dams across Michigan with a combined installed capacity of 132 MW.

Hull Street Energy, which owns and operates hydroelectric facilities across North America, will deploy capital resources to upgrade the projects, ensuring the facilities continue to safely deliver reliable, clean energy to Michigan customers and support economic and recreational opportunities critical to local communities.
