McGuireWoods Advises Wailes Capital on Acquisition and Launch of Platform for Nonprofit Software and Services

A McGuireWoods team advised Wailes Capital on the launch of WCM Holdings, a new investment platform focused on the nonprofit fundraising and administrative software and services sectors, and its inaugural acquisition of a technology-enabled services and software company.

McGuireWoods New York partner Abdul-Rahman Lediju led the team advising on the formation of the investment platform, and Richmond partner Dan Howell led the team advising on the acquisition.
