McGuireWoods Advises Revelstoke Capital Partners and The Care Team in Hospice and Palliative Care Acquisition

McGuireWoods, a premier law firm for healthcare private equity transactions, represented Revelstoke Capital Partners and its portfolio company The Care Team in the acquisition of select hospice and palliative care operations from Traditions Health, a leading provider of hospice, palliative and home health services.

The transaction expands The Care Team’s presence into Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Virginia, complementing the company’s existing operations in Michigan, Indiana and Pennsylvania, and strengthening its mission to deliver high-quality end-of-life care across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.

Revelstoke is a Denver-based private equity firm focused on building industry-leading companies in the healthcare services, healthcare technology, and health and wellness sectors. The Care Team, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, provides end-of-life care for older adults.
